The Morning Cruise Replay - A Full Plate

Tuesday, January 18, 2022

We had a full plate of a show today. You might think we started the show a bit hungry as we turned from Apples (pens) to Almond Cows to desserts and appetizers.

Comfort food is something we often turn to with grief. Carmen shared how she has a friend in hospice care and then we shared a video of TobyMac discussing his grieving process

Dave fired us up with the story of US Olympian Sydney McLaughlin and her faith journey.

As we get ready to carb-load for Team Freedom, Tauren Wells told us the story of a conversation with Tim Tebow that led to his song, All God's Children. After that, we shared Natalie Grant's story of starting what has now become Hope For Justice.

Today's lunch hour would be a good time to get all caught up on the first week of Paige Brown's Bible Study on 1 Samuel.

WIth the Bucs and Rams now scheduled to play this weekend, Dave's considering a healthy helping of gumbo for the gameday meal.
