Description:
We are looking for a young, visionary leader who is passionate about the next generation of students. The ideal candidate would be highly relational, a great problem solver, and believe the church can accomplish both evangelism and discipleship. With oversight from the Lead Pastor and Children and Families Director, this person would be responsible for: -Lead and teach small group Bible studies on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. -Partner with parents in the spiritual development of middle and high school students -Create memorable experiences for students that relate to faith formation -Cultivate outreach and missional opportunities for students in the community Hours/Compensation: $20-$25 an hour, 25 hours per week, based on education and experience
Qualifications:
High School Graduate Bachelor's Degree preferred Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License Pass a background check Have a stable work history Have some experience working with middle and high school students and their parents Provide references from previous employers and/or internships
