The Morning Cruise Replay - Not Your Garden Variety Show

Wednesday, March 17, 2021

We spent a bit of time exploring the garden this morning. But there was a variety of other things we discussed.

Dave got us started talking about his rogue tomato plant and that got Carmen excited to share about her new favorite snack - sugar bomb tomatoes.

She followed that up with telling us about the farm fresh eggs she has been eating lately. Bill hasn't had much luck growing avocados in his garden.

Yesterday, Carmen went live on Instagram with Tammi to talk about her new food show, "Girls Got To Eat" on UP TV Faith & Family.

Carmen shared from Proverbs 6:16-19 as it is a verse she came across recently and it is a great reminder for all of us.

Abbey made a Baked Feta Pasta dish she saw on Tik Tok recently that had Carmen getting out of bed to find out what was cooking. She's gonna have Abbey make another batch this weekend to get it on video, but you can get the recipe now on

On this St. Patrick's Day, Bill told us about the man that this day is named after and his love for Jesus.

Carmen wanted to know how we got from St. Patrick's Day of yesteryear to now.

Dave has some work to do around the garden but he has been creatively procrastinating.

Bill shared a few life hacks to help speed up spring cleaning.

Carmen asked a question that she heard Jayar asking yesterday afternoon. And that question had Bill a little uncomfortable.

Mike Weaver of Big Daddy Weave will be on the show tomorrow. And speaking of guests, it seems a lot of JOY FM artists have had guests on their songs lately.

Bill didn't have to dig too deep for his BIG Word of the Day.
