How to make:
-Combine sugar, orange juice, and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
-Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
-Add cranberries, cinnamon stick, and zest. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
-Cook until all, or most, of the cranberries have popped (around 10 minutes).
-Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
-Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
-Garnish with grated cinnamon and orange zest.
*Can be made two days in advance.
