The Morning Cruise Replay - Exercise In Many Forms
Tuesday, October 20, 2020
Exercise in the morning is always a good idea. We discussed a few different forms of exercise throughout the show today on The Morning Cruise.
Bill got us started talking about the "uplifting link between exercise and depression'.
Dave, an avid cyclist, reminded drivers to share the road.
All month long, we've been exercising our minds while reading the Book of Proverbs. This morning, Bill explored the "catalogue of fools" throughout the text.
Zach Williams is the latest guest on OFF-AIR with Carmen. For Zach, writing a song like, "Less Like Me" is an exercise in prayer.
Dave's mind raced back to his childhood when he heard about an auction for 2 famous figurines. That had Bill thinking about the holidays will look a little different this year especially in Canada as they've got some guidelines to celebrate Halloween.
Dave told us how Reese's could be coming to your door with a robotic delivery for trick-or-treating.
And for those of you that like to exercise your sweet tooth, Dave told us how one beverage is going away and another is involved in a contest for a 1-year supply for your favorite boss.
With early voting locations open, many of us will have the opportunity to exercise our right to vote this year.
For the countries that have the ability to make it to the moon, Dave told us how a code of conduct is being enacted.
And for those of you who like to get your exercise in by putting IKEA furniture together, Bill told us about their new "buyback" program.
