Overview: Industrial Washer Services is a family-owned and operated business located in Oldsmar. As the leading provider of automatic parts washers, pressure washers, custom-built trailers, floor care, and water treatment systems in Florida and the Southeast region, we provide solutions for all cleaning needs. Apart from offering a wide array of equipment sales, services, and repairs, we also stock replacement parts, accessories, and detergents. We take pride in offering top brands in the industry such as CUDA Cleaning Systems, Magido, Landa, Karcher, Watermaze, Pressure Pro, Deco Products, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a competitive self-starter and have a passion for driving business growth. This role is critical to our organization's success, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: - Generate and manage a sales pipeline, identifying new sales opportunities and converting them into profitable deals. - Utilize a combination of prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach, to build relationships with potential customers. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies and pitches. - Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies. - Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to stay informed about new products and promotions.


Qualifications:
Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. -Experience in lead generation, including cold calling and email marketing. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies. - Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices. - Experience in retail sales or business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth. - A passion for business development and a commitment to driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts. - A strong work ethic and a willingness to put in the time and effort required to succeed in the role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites and to attend industry events.
