Claims Processor

Description:
Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a Claims Processor to assist clients to determine type of eligibility for benefits. Your excellent customer service and empathy skills are the keys to success in this role. Let's get to work. Possible temp to hire Gainesville, FL Salary: $20 - 31/hr Schedule: Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm Please email resumes to Laura Barnhouse - laurabarnhouse@spherion.com Responsibilities: - Represent clients with claims - Assist in locating, researching, securing, and developing necessary paperwork and documentation for claims - Check forms for accuracy and completion - Act as advocate - Prepare appeals - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, social work, counseling or behavioral science highly preferred - Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations about benefits - Ability to solve complex problems - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills - Must be detail-oriented, diligent and flexible - Ability to multitask and focus on task completion with little direction or need supervisory follow up
