Assistant Manager - PT

Description:
Music school is looking for a front desk team member to work at our Academy. This is a part-time position (about 20-25 hrs per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position along with opportunities to advance in management and pay raise incentives. Hours: Certain weekdays 2:30pm - 9pm Saturdays 9am - 3pm The starting compensation is $16 per hour with additional commission bonuses based on sales goals. There are also pay raise incentives based on sales goals. We also offer paid training. Duties include: * Answering phones * Registering clients * Processing paperwork * Minimal cleaning (we have a cleaning company for big things) * Communicating with teachers, staff and clients. * Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk. * Interacting with customers

Qualifications:
*Must have reliable transportation and be a reliable human * No music or music education experience is required * Must be able to fill in once in a while on a different day for other front desk staff (we're a team) * An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person. Ideal qualifications and experience: * Restaurant, Hospitality * Phone customer support * Retail * Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public. Ideal traits: * People person * Great memory (forgetful types need not apply) * Good with Microsoft Office and Google Products * Great phone skills * Ability to work alone * Ability to multitask and keep up with lots of details * Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
