Description:
Role As the Communications & Digital Strategy Director, you will help ignite a passion for God’s creation by owning all aspects of our communications and digital strategies. You will revitalize our comprehensive digital communications strategy, produce creative content, optimize our digital platforms, and leverage social media to engage, expose, and educate our audiences. Responsibilities Review, revise, and execute the digital communications strategy (inclusive of social media and email campaigns) to optimize audience engagement Revitalize the website to make it a central hub for passive audience engagement and education Manage videography and photography for the purposes of promotion and education Establish and execute plans for promoting speaking engagements Design and update collateral materials Regularly update and maintain the website, including all pages, giving statistics, links, forms and PDFs Curate testimonials from trip team members and speaking audiences Coordinate and manage content contributions to media outlets and New International Produce regular email campaigns to keep partners informed Create and send donor update material following summer trips Produce annual team member photo book Maintain contact database You will work an average of approximately 40 hours per week with flexible hours. Most of your work is completed remotely with the exception of weekly meetings with the Executive Director and weekly staff meetings. You will serve on at least two trips each year.
