Description:
Position involves rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering vaccines and properly coding the vaccine administration in the chart, administering IM injections, phlebotomy with preparation of samples for transmission to Quest or Labcorp, and assisting physicians with routine in-office procedures.
Qualifications:
Trained as a medical assistant or phlebotomist. Must have phlebotomy experience. Physicians can teach routine IM injection and vaccination procedures if necessary.
