Hope Funding is looking for a self-motivated, smart, and outgoing professional to cultivate relationships and strengthen existing connections with attorneys and personal injury law firm teams. The right fit for us will be someone who is ambitious, honest, fun, and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic workflow. The right candidate for this Area Rep/Relationship Manager (AR/RM) will be responsible for growing and fostering attorney relationships by sharing the benefits of our technology and the value of working with our company. The AR/RM Relationship Manager will swing by attorney offices to drop off Hope Funding Swag, informational brochures, good food, sweet treats and sometimes provide updates on new services and features.  OH! and then there are conferences and other continuing education opportunities.  Who doesn't like a business paid opportunity to attend conferences and dinners/after-parties?! This is a remote position. Our HQ is based in GA, and we are expanding to the Florida market and hiring reps throughout the state. RM/AR will be responsible for managing relationships throughout their own metro area.  CANDIDATES MUST RESPOND TO THIS POST WITH THEIR HOME CITY, AND HIRED REPS WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR GREATER AREA MARKET. Responsibilities: -Develops and builds relationships with providers, attorneys, and law firms -Reaches out to attorneys’ offices and sets schedule of weekly meetings/trainings/luncheons -Develops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the business -Engages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep HOPE top-of-mind to encourage use of our technology -Travels throughout the TARGET Area to meet with attorneys and their offices to build strong relationships -Responsible for attorney contact including follow-up, answering questions and long-term success on HOPE technology -Participates in weekly (virtual) team meetings or calls to discuss area growth and opportunities About Us: HOPE is a cutting-edge fin-tech company designed to financially support clients of personal injury law firms (and the diligent work of their attorneys). Qualifications:
Requirements: -Bachelor degree required -Must currently reside in the selected target area in FLORIDA (TBD) -Business Administration or Paralegal degree a plus -Paralegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plus -Experience working with attorneys or other professionals a plus -Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation -Must be organized, confident and passionate -Ability to travel throughout the State -Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive success -Basic proficiency with GMail, Google Docs, GSheets, and other Google Office applications. -So we know you are the best choice for this opportunity, please respond to this question: What is one sport where the atheletes strive to be sub PAR? -Bilingual is a plus
