About Peace of Mind Transitions Kaye Ginsberg started Peace of Mind Transitions, a senior move management company, in 2016 when she coordinated her out of state mother’s move into an assisted living community. Kaye experienced all the decisions and stress involved in making a senior move and realized she could use her knowledge and experience to help others in the same situation. Peace of Mind Transitions is proud to: Manage local and interstate moves, specializing in helping older adults and their families. Offer full range services include downsizing & organizing, floor planning, packing, managing the move, unpacking and settling into the new home. Provide customized services & guidance on belongings to take and what to do with those left behind. Make moves a pleasant and stress-free experience because of our high-level service delivered with professionalism and compassion. Position Purpose This position reports directly to the owner, Kaye Ginsberg, and assists the team by performing established administrative processes and providing critical information and resources to the team, customers, and vendors in an orderly, timely, accurate, and accessible manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Manage timely processing of signed client service agreements and evaluations to include scanning, emailing, and uploading Maintain client and home visit marketing folders to ensure they are complete, current, and easily accessible Inventory and order office supplies, associate work shirts/name badges, cards, t-shirts, aprons, etc. Assemble and set up gift bags Assist with set-up of room with drinks and marketing materials Manage client thank you notes Help manage set up of new Project Management system Answer phones in back up capacity Bookkeeping Keep data current in project management system Produce invoices in timely manner Assist with running payroll every 2 weeks in back-up capacity This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
