Description:

Responsible for the activities of a busy furniture retail office: Face to face interaction with customers, process, post and reconcile financial transactions including Finance Contracts with outside sources, schedule pick-ups and deliveries, call customers with updates, take calls and messages, e-mail vendors & customers, order supplies & parts, organize office and surrounding area, operate and maintain office equipment, create forms, update documents, and additional duties that pertain to the front Business Office.


Qualifications:

Must have friendly and helpful attitude with minimum 2 years experience in customer service, office and administrative work. Strong attention to detail with a mind for numbers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to work independently following predetermined processes and guidelines. This position requires the employee to work on Saturdays. Work schedule is currently Tues-Sat 9:30 to 6:30
