Visit us online at: https://www.aikenregional.com Warehouse/Store Room Clerk: Work in a team environment responsible for the receiving and accounting for all supplies and equipment shipped to the hospital. Performs inventory control tasks such as cycle counts, stock level verification and receipt discrepancy validation. Assists with UPS, FedEx and other shipping requirements. Functions as courier to deliver supplies and equipment to satellite ARMC offices; performs other functions as required Responsible for the receiving and distribution function of all supplies and equipment shipped to the hospital. Necessary paperwork is processed to insure all quantities are correct and that all shortage and changes are noted. All packages signed for are checked for damage. Items (unit and amount) are verified correctly on packing slip. Refers equipment to the Maintenance Department for assembly, if necessary, in a timely manner. Capital equipment received coordinated for delivery with Biomed, comptroller, IS (for computer equipment/paraphernalia) and the requester. Maintains orderly placement of supplies and existing inventories. Place in designated location on a first in, first out basis. Assists in charge labeling and other storeroom duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Qualifications Education requirements: High school diploma or GED. Work experience requirements: Receiving experience/healthcare materials management experience preferred.
