Our mission is to help bring healing to the broken and set the captives free through our cinematic series and original resources. We are like the MasterClass in inner healing for the Church, tackling tough life issues such as addictions, divorce, and depression through the medium of film. The Discipleship Advocate will provide members of with a world-class user experience from answering questions, resolving issues, onboarding new members, to advocating for and leading others into our discipleship process. What Winning Looks Like: • Onboarding new members and introducing them to our discipleship process. • Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with members throughout their journey. • Checking in with members who aren’t actively engaged. • Respond to customer inquiries using Salesforce. Skills Needed to Win: • An excellent multi-tasker, flexible and capable of talking on the phone and chatting on the computer at the same time, while maintaining strong attention to detail. • Fantastic phone manner and fully comfortable making cold calls or receiving calls from customers. • Excellent email etiquette, responding to customers with a high professional standard. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent and reliable when it comes to problem solving. • Comfortable with technology and able to type about 50 words per minute. • Gladly takes on additional responsibilities that aren’t in your job description.
