Assistant Technician - SoftWash / Exterior Cleaning

The team at MEGAH SoftWash is looking for an Assistant Crew Leader. In short, we need a rockstar team member to help run the day-to-day operations of our wonderful company! We are looking for a good, fun person, who likes to get stuff done. Our office is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality. What we don’t expect is perfection or existing skills for you to qualify for this job. We can teach you that. We expect intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude. Here is what we have to offer you: You will be trained to clean homes, gutters, roofs, decks, and concrete. You will be trained in safety and customer service. Our leadership development program will get you up to speed quickly. It’s up to you how fast you advance and how much you earn in our company as we believe in rewarding you based on work ethic and not seniority. You will also be trained in our company culture so you can become a positive influence on our awesome team, and so that our team can influence you and help you succeed beyond work life. It is our hope we provide a good work / life balance so you grow as an individual. You will start as a Junior Crew Member and will be paid an hourly rate starting at $12 and based on work experience. Your goal will be to quickly become a Senior Crew Leader where you can earn $15-$17/hour consistently.

Qualifications:
The basic requirements for this job are as follows: Must be able to lift over 90 lbs. Easily and be able to carry ladders safely. Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on roofs. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Must be 18 or older. Must not be a jerk, no seriously - be a kind human please!
