We are looking for an organized professional, ideally with real estate MLS experience, who can help our team build and manage Showcase IDX's relationships and data feeds with Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and other data vendors across North America. Responsibilities + Keep our MLS data feed partnerships running smoothly and ensure all data feed updates and legal compliance requirements are being met by our team. We currently support 70+ MLSs (multiple listing services), and you will help us as we expand. + Oversee all US and International MLS data license agreements. + Serve as the key point of contact with our data partners. + Create and organize a system to track all legal agreements, including classifying the type of agreements and ensuring proper legal review processes are followed. + Identify all compliance requirements for each MLS. + Ensure all compliance rules for each MLS are reflected in our compliance engine. + Coordinate with engineering and product teams to make sure MLS requirements are reflected in our product. + Coordinate with each new MLS to get approval for our data feeds. Identify other requirements for each MLS, such as reporting, legal, monetary, and insurance. + Organize MLS paperwork templates & HelloSign integration. + Provide required reports to each MLS. + Maintain and foster solid MLS relationships with each multiple listing service. + Work with engineering team and vendors to triage where the source of data issues lies (vendor, network, our system, etc)Support customer-facing teams to ensure paperwork has been completed both as we launch new data feeds and as agent/broker customers sign-up to use the Showcase IDX WordPress Plugin. + Create and maintain a system to track our MLS agreements, the requirements, points of contact within each MLS, etc. This database of MLSs will serve as our team’s source for various administrative and technical information. + Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, workflows, and process maps to document all aspects of our MLS relationships. + Conduct periodic compliance reviews of our consumer-facing product to ensure we are in compliance with each MLS. + Conduct and provide reporting of users for licensing of individual MLS and data feeds. + Oversee billing to ensure proper amounts are being billed and provide invoice approvals. Process data updates from MLS vendors and communicate with our product, engineering, and customer success teams. + Ensure each change is read and the potential impacts are understood. + Create work tickets as appropriate. + Identify major API changes, deadlines, and coordinate with the data engineering team and product teams to ensure timely delivery of updates to support these changes. + Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals. + Provide regular updates on our status, recent changes, and anticipated next steps with each MLS feed. + Advise the internal product team on MLS data, process, and logistics issues. + Support internal automation projects and assist in the development of new and/or improved MLS processing methods. + Become an expert on all things pertaining to Showcase IDX products, including how Showcase IDX fits as part of different real estate marketing technology stacks. + Actively participate in stand-ups, meetings, and customer success planning sessions. + Participate in support and customer success reviews, research, 1-on-1’s, and discussions to help you and the team with professional development. + Wear multiple hats with a readiness to support any member of the Showcase IDX team.
