APARTMENT MAINTENANCE and Repair Job Duties and Responsibilities 1 - Electrical, Plumbing,Carpentry, Painting 2- Repairing Showers, Sinks, Toilets, Appliances, Doors/Cabinets, Walls, and building exteriors 3 - Make ready units for new move-ins 4 - Responsible for emergency maintenance call. Compensated for answered on call weekends and holidays 5 - Schedule and complete preventive maintenance 6 - Maintain grounds, such as pick up, sweeping and light landscape
Qualifications:
Maintenance technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with Property Manager, residents, visitors and contractors. Maintenance technician must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
