Communicate and execute strategies to achieve departmental goals relating to guest's satisfaction. Identify problems and generate solutions in a timely manner. Achieve budget/forecast labor cost through productive scheduling according to business demands. Maintain on-going training, document training sessions, conduct interviews for potential team members, conduct, record and post daily inspections of guest's room and public space. Conduct and document weekly/monthly department meetings. Complete special projects as assigned.
1. Minimum 5 years experience in a Hotel, conference center or related environment. 2. Minimum 2 years management experience in hospitality or related field. 3. Excellent communication Skills. 4. Knowledge of budget and forecasting process. 5. Lead team and encounter guests in a friendly, attentive and service oriented manner. 6. Maintain a warm friendly, professional demeanor and strong sense of confidentiality.
