This can come from research, personal experience, or interviews with leadership. * You are a detail-oriented, results-driven, self-starter, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and initiative that this remote role requires. = = = = Responsibilities * Work closely with the CMO and content team on various projects to drive the visibility and reputation of the Showcase IDX brand. * Implement organic social media strategy, including helping to create the content calendar, produce the graphic/videos, and then scheduling across multiple platforms. * Assist and eventually lead our community management efforts with customers. * Performing keyword research and market analysis. * Regularly author content for articles, newsletters, promotional emails, and product descriptions. * Collaborating with our content team in preparing the copy for content on various sites. * Implement Off-page and On-page Search Engine Optimization, while looking for new opportunities for the team to consider. * Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against OKRs and milestones. * Own the repurposing of content into other mediums (e.g. video scripts, courses, webinars, etc.) * Edit videos for training, social media, courses, and live streams. * This position is not static and will be revised as the need of the organization's business change and you grow in your expertise.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field. Equivalent work experience accepted too. * 3+ years experience delivering a clear ROI with digital marketing. * At least 1 year of fast-paced web writing experience for web publishers. * At least 1 year of hands-on SEO writing experience. * In-depth knowledge of digital & social media marketing for a brand (versus for an individual.) * Theoretical and practical knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics (e.g. Google Analytics), email, social media, analytics, landing page optimization, email marketing, PPC, and conversion optimization. You do not have to be an expert in all, but should have deep experience in a few or general experience across most. * Experience with online community building and community management. * Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. * Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment. * Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS. * Able to provide portfolios or samples of work to review. * Additional qualification in graphic design, web design, or video editing is a plus. * History as a clear, confident, and compelling communicator — in writing, in conversation, and in front of an audience. The unique ability to translate technical details in a manner that non-technical customers understand. * High level of empathy - it’s important for each team member to be a good person to peers and customers. * Acute sense of judgment, tact, diplomacy and teamwork. * Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills. * Teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed.
