This week we wrap up the final five stanzas of Psalm 119. Each one of the 22 stanzas in this chapter begins with a different letter of the Hebrew alphabet, making this the longest chapter in the Bible.

The entire Psalm is written as a prayer that focuses on God’s word, its value and importance, truth and power. In these final stanzas the psalmist stays with that theme and comments that while there are those who lie and stand against the ways of the Lord, those who love His word have great peace and will ultimately overcome.
