As TobyMac said goodbye this week to his 21 year old son, Truett, Toby and his family announced the launch of a foundation in his honor that they describe as one that will “help young people get an education - to pursue music - to get the chance to chase their dreams”. Award show season continues with nominees announced for The American Music Awards. Up for this year's AMA is Lauren Daigle, For King and Country, and Mercyme. You can vote for your favorite online now through November 20th.
And part of the lineup of performers for country music’s 53rd CMA Awards will include the legendary Dolly Parton singing songs with for KING & COUNTRY and Zach Williams. The CMA Awards come to ABC on November 13th at 8pm Eastern.
New Releases today include a greatest hits collection from Casting Crowns and “A Mostly Acoustic Christmas” from Lincoln Brewster.
