Before joining The JOY FM, I spent 12 years working with Christian radio stations in California, Alabama, Georgia and New Mexico.  Most recently I worked at a record label in Nashville.  I had the honor of working with some of the greatest artists in Christian music including tobyMac, Matthew West, Sanctus Real, Mandisa and many more!

When I was 12 years old I knew I wanted to work in radio someday so I pursued that goal through high school and college and I consider it my true calling.  Nothing compares to sharing life with you every day.  I am honored to get to be a part of The JOY FM. 

I was born and raised in Alabama so I'm a Southern girl at heart, although I don't have a strong Southern accent to prove it.  My Southern roots do come out during football season...I am an Auburn fan through and through!

In my spare time I love photography, iphoneography is the better way to put that!  Look me up on Instagram if you'd like to connect and share photos. 

I alos love quirky British TV shows, reading a great book, taking spontaneous road trips to historic places, tracing my family tree.
