Please keep Greg in your prayers. He has lost his wife and has been struggling with alcohol abuse for many years. He cannot seem to find peace and comfort. We have tried to tell him to lean on God and turn his life and worries over to the Lord, to seek forgiveness and then to forgive himself, but he cannot seem to let go. Please pray that God will drive the dark from his life, to wash over him with the Holy Spirit and help him to feel God's love and accept His grace.

I am the one that requested prayer for my test results that I had done this past Wednesday. I just want to praise God for all He has done! All of my tests came back fine. For those of you who are struggling with anything..all I can say is have faith. It may be hard and you may get anxious (like I was) but God is always there! Thank you for your prayers.

My daughter is sinking in deep depression. Please pray that she can see herself the way God wants. Pray that she makes good choices and seeks his guidance. Also that he puts Godly people in her life. And mostly that she can feel God's Love.

My friend has been fighting with depression from early childhood. Lately he has been getting worse, and doesn't see a way it can get better. I'm reaching out to ask for prayers for strength that he doesn't take matters into his own hands, assurance that he has people that love him and would do anything to help him, and peace knowing that God will help him through this difficult time.

We have a huge out reach planned this morning and we're already low on volunteers. The two got sick today. Please pray that we are able to meet all the needs of the community with few helping hands.

I had to have some tests done Wednesday and will not know the results until next week and of course I am anxious. I keep praying but I feel like the devil is constantly attacking me and making me think I have something wrong with me and that I am going to get bad results. Please pray that I continue to have a peace of mind and that all of my test results come back fine.

I have been with my family at Piedmont Fayette Hospital since 3pm yesterday. I haven't slept more than an hour...I'm afraid to close my eyes. My Mom suffered sudden cardiac arrest yesterday morning around 10am (at the hospital), and, in an effort to slow or prevent any damage and let her body rest and heal, she has been placed into a state of hypothermia. She took a turn last night, but has been steady since. I believe she is still here because God wants her to be, and because I have an army of prayer warriors petitioning on her behalf. I would just like to add the JoyFm listeners to that army, if you will. As you enter into the last day of SharAThon, would you please keep her in your prayers. As I have tried, fitfully, to rest, songs have kept playing over and over in my head. Those songs will be part of my saving grace, no matter the outcome. Thank You.
