I''ve seen you move the mountains, and I believe I'll see you do it again- Elevation Worship
We are still alive because the Lord's faithful love never ends.Every morning he shows it in new ways! You are so very true and loyal!- Lamentations 3:22-23
I have experienced low points in my life and have wondered when it will end. It isn't easy. I've struggled, questioned at times if things were ever going to change. Is God going to come through? Is He faithful to His promises to take care of His people? And He has!
Well, my wife and I are in one of those seasons now.
God has moved mountains before. I belive He will do it again!
I just wrapped up time at a Christian music broadcasters conference. Elevation Worship was there. When they sang that song, I raised my hands in affirmation and praise. I really needed to hear this song now more than ever!
God never leaves His people. The opening of the song refers to Joshua and the walls of Jericho. He instructed the Israelites to walk around the city seven times and the walls would fall. Can you imagine their thoughts as they started their sixth trip around? When is this going to end? The Israelites continued to follow God's instructions. And the walls came down after trip number seven!
The struggles that you and I face are only temporary when we remain true to God. Has it happened before in your life? It could be financial or job difficulties. It could be a struggle with addiction or a relationship. If you dealt with a difficult circumstance before, has God taken care of it? It may be a different situation now, but He will do it again and take care of it.
It's okay to have that feeling of despair. We are human. But when that thought enters your mind, refer to this song and scripture.
He has never failed me yet. I believe He will do it again in my life. He will do it again in yours, too. Just remain faithful to Him. He truly loves you and will take care of His children- you and I!
In Christ's love,
