MONDAY, April 28th 

The plank challenge continues and Carmen is struggling mentally. A fitness instructor called with some encouragement. Justin Zimmerman, a young man we met during a visit with Josh Wilson, called to update us on his progress with his cancer diagnosis.

TUESDAY, April 29th 

Carmen was having some issues with her throat and asked about the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar.

WEDNESDAY, April 30th 

Dave shared his thoughts on Billy Crystal's "700 Sundays" special on HBO. Carmen shared an idea to keep track of the time you have with your children before they graduate high school. Bill provided an app for that. Bill also shared some thoughts on Pelagianism. Carmen talked about the University of Alabama swimmer that lost his life in the tornadoes earlier this week.

FRIDAY, May 2nd 

Bill shared the story of a high school senior that took his great grandmother to prom. Carmen decided to play a game of Balderdash that Bill quickly failed at. Sheri from Orangetheory Fitness stopped by for our first installment of Fitness Fridays.
