Week of January 28-February 1, 2013

If you look closely (with a microscope) at the center of the image below, you will see six-time Guinness world record holder and JOY FM listener Nik Wallenda.  He is often referred to as "The King of the Wire," and recently walked across a 600-foot stroll on a cable strung 180 feet above U.S. Highway 41 along the Sarasota, Florida bay front.  In June 2012, he became the first person to ever walk across Niagara Falls on a high wire.  And, if that's not enough for you, he is scheduled to walk across the Grand Canyon THIS SUMMER!
